What has NVD done with your CVE?

Since 15 April 2026, NVD only analyses the CVEs it considers a priority. Type yours and I'll tell you its status and what it means for the people who use your product.

Why it matters

Many scanners match a CVE to a product using the data NVD adds (CPEs). If NVD doesn't analyse your CVE, those scanners won't see it in your product, even if your customers have it installed.

Under the Cyber Resilience Act, manufacturers must handle and communicate the vulnerabilities in their products. Relying only on NVD to reach your customers leaves gaps.
