Privacy
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. I keep no data about its visitors. Cloudflare, which serves it, processes the IP address and technical data of each visit to deliver and protect it. It has a single form, the free review in the CVE checker, and what you type there is only sent if you tick the consent box.
If you email me at vardiansec.contact@gmail.com, I use your address and what you tell me only to reply and, if you ask for early access, to manage it. I don't share it with anyone or use it for advertising.
I keep it for as long as the conversation or the early access lasts, and delete it when you ask.
CVE checker
The lookup: the CVE ID you type is sent to NVD (NIST, USA) and, if NVD doesn't have it, to the CVE registry (cve.org) to fetch its status. Nothing about who asks is stored. NVD's public answer is cached for one hour, with no data about you. To prevent abuse, Cloudflare counts lookups per IP address for one minute, without storing it.
The free review: if you request it, your email, company or product, the CVE and your message reach me by email (Cloudflare transmits it and I receive it in Gmail, by Google). They are not stored on the website or anywhere else.
- Purpose: doing the review and replying to you. If you also tick the second box, writing to you later about VardianSec's service; every email will tell you how to unsubscribe.
- Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to vardiansec.contact@gmail.com, without affecting what was done before.
- How long: for as long as the review and the conversation last. If you don't become a customer, I delete it 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask. I keep the date and the text of what you agreed to, so I can prove it.
- Who receives it: nobody else. Cloudflare (which serves the website) and Google (Gmail) process it on my behalf, with their safeguards for transfers outside the EU.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the same address. If I don't reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
